Through the power of CHOICE. They choose to take care of themselves. And in doing so they are not only caring for themselves, they are also caring for their relationships, their career, their health, their wealth and their community.

Every single moment, we are each presented with an opportunity to choose how we want to live our lives. We literally have the power to create our reality moment to moment.

So if it’s as simple as one choice, why isn’t the world filled with everyone’s best version of himself or herself?

As you know, in life we are faced with grief and loss, addiction, heartache, fear, anger and hate and when present, we can become emotionally overwhelmed. It’s not long until the self-talk turns nasty and tries to convince us that we are not worthy of love, happiness or abundance.

These experiences are difficult and the pain sometimes unbearable, but there is, and always will be a choice.

How can you learn to care for yourself?

It’s all about the connection and the conversation.

Every 'Care-Giver' you encounter will have a Support Team. There could be a Counsellor, a Best Friend, a Yoga Teacher, a Football Coach, an Uncle or a Neighbour. The possibilities for the team are endless.

A support team helps you develop a powerful foundation for you to build your life upon.

A support team encourages you to take risks, be courageous and fiercely passionate about your goals.

A support team accepts you completely.

A support team challenges you to learn and grow, and empowers you to become your best self.

A support team will help you expand your confidence, your self-worth, your connection, your joy and your compassion.

And when you experience pain or loss, your support team will create a space for you to safely express your emotion. Always showing you that you are never alone.

I admire those who share openly about the importance of support. I speak publicly about my mentors, coaches and counsellors and I share about the important roles they have in my life. Support is sometimes going for a massage or swimming in the ocean, going for a run, reading a book or sleeping in. These are all fantastic tools and impact our health and happiness greatly.

Conversation allows us to discover the what's, when's, how's and why's. It helps us delve deep into the core of why support has been requested and what you hope to achieve from accessing support. Our emotions must be acknowledged, talked about and explored gently. This is one of the many ways I can support you.

Flexible Support Arrangements

The beauty of personal support is the flexibility; we can connect face to face or we can speak over Skype/FaceTime. Whenever possible I love supporting people in person, but I completely understand the demands/location barriers we have in our every day lives. I have brought forward the option of having support sessions online as an additional option to ensure connection is accessible to everyone in our community.

  1. Who can access your service? I work with ALL individuals. If you are older than 16 but under the age of 18, I will require Parent/Guardian consent.
  2. Where do the sessions take place? I facilitate all my 1:1 sessions from my personal home (NOR location). There is a fantastic office space that I have created especially for 1:1 appointments. If the location is not accessible for you, you can access the support via Skype or Phone. We can also organise to meet at a local park or cafe if this is more suitable for you.

  4. Is the session frequency flexible? Yes. We can meet weekly, fortnightly or even monthly. This is something we decide together in the Share Session.
  5. Are you Professionally Qualified? Yes. I have a Bachelor Degree in Social Science, Diploma of Counselling and Graduate Certificate in Health Coaching. I combine these qualifications to provide a unique level of support.
